Online casinos need to realize their business relies on loyal customers; therefore, customer advocacy should be on their priority list. The results didn’t indicate much positive outcomes on the impact of social media; however, the theoretical framework illustrates its significance to brand equity. The lack of popularity in the results may, however, demonstrate the fact online casinos are not implementing their social media strategies sufficiently.

Building a community gives a benefit of customers supporting the company and vice versa. It should be on a platform where users feel comfortable sharing content with others and communicating with others in any way. Blanchard believes social media platforms should aim to add value in different levels to readers, followers, customers, fans or prospects. Give them a reason to engage with the company and the rewards will be reaped afterwards. Not only should the use social media be trained but also the audience as well. Knowing what the audience is crucial to avoid alienating or antagonizing them along the process.

 Website Compliance is just a thread which binds every one together. Here are some general points to be followed. No hard & fast. Simple yet very much important. 



• SSL should be tagged on merchant website with Green padlock on every page of the website

• SSL validates at least 365 days or nearby, you can check this on sslchecker.com

• There should be 24*7 working TOLL FREE customer support number on website

• Merchant toll free should have a greeting of the company name in IVR, or merchant should be            answering the call by using the company name in greeting line. This must be verified at least twice     or more

• Toll free number or contact number  along with customer support mail should be mentioned on the top of website

• Merchant website should be upgraded with all terms, plan, polices(refund & chargeback)

• Toll free number should be Verified 

• Performance Bond should be accepted by merchant & he/her should give that in written

• About us page of the website must not use any line which is not true or misguiding, like We are 5       years old company, Well established company in USA UK….etc

• Merchant website must not have any other address which is not related the merchant,      we need the documents of that address, else get this removed

• Policy procedure on customer service and return and charge-backs, How they will control their            charge-backs

• Trade license (Mandatory in case of Pvt Ltd and Partnership firm) 

  Not applicable  for Proprietorship
